bc of my time away I now how a clearer idea of what’s going on and have had time to formulate a plan of action, no longer do I feel as though "I'm walking on thin ice full well knowing it was going to crack beneath my feet" no instead I currently feel quite Resilient now that I have a plan of action! Although to be honest my plans generally have a tendency to backfire on me, but the fact that I have a plan makes me feel more in control of the situation. Granted since I've been back I have already noticed change, so hopefully I'll never have to implement my plan, but it's good to know it's their to fall back on just in case.
Any way just wanted to let you know I’m doing much better now ^.^
