Better change it while today is still today… Thanks to Wikipedia (without which, what would I ever do?), I remembered Lesser Pi Day just last night. Had pizza for dinner, and the apple pi is cooling now. I have no idea if it will be any good. Got a crust recipe from a culinary school grad (and protoveterinarian), bashed it into shape, filled it with apples and an arbitrary selection of powders, and bashed another crust into shape on top of it. Who knows? It just might work. |
